What is Member Pulse?

Member Pulse is our online community of Members who, by sharing their feedback and opinions, are helping us to shape the future of our building society, together.

Why join?

We want to hear what you think. Your views will help ensure we always have a clear picture of what matters most to our Members. You’ll be able to share your opinions and swap ideas with the Pulse community via a range of activities, including:

How often you choose to take part is entirely up to you, and in return we’ll be offering the chance to enter monthly prize draws to win vouchers. Your time is valuable, so we’ll try to keep each activity as short and simple as possible, and give you a good idea of how long it may take. We’ll also try to match topics to subjects that suit your profile and interests. When each survey results are in, we’ll share them with you too.
